Oh! Probably not very enlightened, but I'm so afraid for you! May your

mission be successful and short, and peace is brought finally to the

Timorese. Ellen.

Dear Chris:

I am sure Rattana will jump in here with some answers for you. I just wanted to

tell you I am holding your presence in my thoughts - for protection, peace and

calm. You won't be alone. Rely on that.

Brightest blessings,

Love,

Susan

Dear Chris:

I echo all of the good thoughts sent your way by everyone on the list. I

know that with a clear mind, a pure heart and devotion to doing the right and

with compassion always in mind that you will serve wisely, and well, but will

return both intact in mind and body.

Our thoughts with you and your fellows, at every moment, in every place...do

not forget this when things seem most dismal or when your spirits are down.

Think of us...we will be here for you.

Blessings

Love,

Dear Ellen and Christopher,

Feeling afraid is actually very enlightened. I feel sad. One of the

biggest problems with spirituality is that it teaches us not to feel our

emotions. Well the emotions are the force field of the Soul. So if we

don't experience our emotions, we can't experience our Soul. If we can't

experience our Soul, we can't find God within. Our Souls speak to us through

our emotions. Maybe they are telling us to pray for Christopher and all the

other people so that peaceful resolution can be found.

Here is a mantra for protection. We chant it every time after we tune in.

We also chant it before driving. The car formula is

1. put the key in the ignitiion

2. chant the mantra one time

3. turn on the ignition

This mantra has the power to change timing by up to 3 seconds. It does work

and many accidents have been prevented this way.

AD GURAY NAMEH

JUGAD GURAY NAMEH

SAT GURAY NAMEH

SIRI GURU DAY VAY NAMEH

I bow to the Truth that merges us in God.

I bow to the Wisdom that has existed throughout all ages.

I bow to the True Wisdom.

I bow to the great unseen Wisdom.

MEH is like baaaa like a sheep

Chant first line in front of you, second to the right side, third in back

and fourth to the left side. You can chant this as much as you like. It

surrounds you with light. We can also do it for others like Chris. It is

also good for Stephen's psychic virus situation, although there are other

things that can be done in that case as well.

Christopher, I would specifically suggest the meditation on page 137 of

Relax and Renew. (I know you purchased this book.) This is a breath

meditation to strengthenthen the mind and the immune system. It will keep

you calm and alert. Although you do not have the tape referred to menatally

chant the mantra. Your goal is to create inner mental stability. This is

found at the third eye which is also the seat of the intuition. You can do

this open eyed if you need to in your situation.

I am sure your state will help and inspire others and that your light will

contribute to a peaceful solution. And keep praying "Thy Will be Done."

For the highest Will is for peace and harmony.

Many blessings to you. Please take our address and if you get a chance to

send a note please do. Our prayers are with you.

Sat Nam,

Rattana and Gordon too.

(Gordon is away for a few days, but I know he joins us in holding you in the

Light.)

For special people

I am a mother of three (ages 14, 12, 3) and have recently completed my

college degree. The last class I had to take was Sociology. The teacher

was absolutely inspiring with the qualities that I wish every human being

had been graced with. Her last project of the term was called "Smile."

The class was asked to go out and smile at three people and document

their reactions. I am a very friendly person and always smile at everyone

and say hello anyway, so, I thought, this would be a piece of cake,

literally.

Soon after we were assigned the project, my husband, youngest son, and

went out to McDonald's one crisp March morning. It was just our way of

sharing special play time with our son. We were standing in line, waiting to

be served, when all of a sudden everyone around us began to back away,

and then even my husband did.

I did not move an inch...an overwhelming feeling of panic welled up inside

of me as I turned to see why they had moved. As I turned around I smelled

a horrible "dirty body" smell, and there standing behind me were two poor

homeless men. As I looked down at the short gentleman, close to me, he

was "smiling". His beautiful sky blue eyes were full of God's Light, as he

searched for acceptance. He said, "Good day," as he counted the few coins

he had been clutching. The second man fumbled with his hands as he stood

behind his friend. I realized the second man was mentally deficient and the

blue eyed gentleman was his salvation.

I held my tears as I stood there with them. The young lady at the counter

asked him what they wanted. He said, "Coffee is all Miss," because that was

all they could afford (If they wanted to sit in the restaurant and warm up,

they

had to buy something...He just wanted to be warm).

Then I really felt it...the compulsion was so great I almost reached out

and

embraced the little man with the blue eyes. That is when I noticed all eyes

in

the restaurant were set on me, judging my every action. I smiled and asked

the young lady behind the counter to give me two more breakfast meals on a

separate tray. I then walked around the corner to the table that the men had

chosen as a resting spot. I put the tray on the table and laid my hand on

the

blue-eyed gentleman's cold hand. He looked up at me, with Tears in his eyes,

and said, "Thank you."

I leaned over, began to pat his hand and said, "I did not do this for you.

God

is here working through me to give you hope."

I started to cry as I walked away to join my husband and son. When I sat

down my husband smiled at me and said, "That is why God gave you to me,

Honey...To give me hope!"

We held hands for a moment, and at that time we knew, that only because of

the Grace that we had been given were we able to give. We are not church

goers, but we are believers. That day showed me the pure Light of God's

sweet love.

I returned to college on the last evening of class with this story in hand.

I turned in "my project," and the instructor read it. Then she looked up at

me

and said, "Can I share this?"...I slowly nodded, as she got the attention of

the

class. She began to read and that is when I knew that we, as human beings

and being part of God, share this need to heal people and be healed.

In my own way, I had touched the people at McDonald's, my husband, son,

instructor, and every soul that shared the classroom on the last night I

spent

as a college student.

I graduated with one of the biggest lessons I would ever learn:

UNCONDITIONAL ACCEPTANCE...Much love and compassion is sent to

each and every person who may read this and learn how to LOVE PEOPLE

AND USE THINGS...NOT LOVE THINGS AND USE PEOPLE.

Here is an Angel sent to watch over you. In order for her to work, you

must pass this on to the people you want watched over.

An Angel wrote:

-Many people will walk in and out or your life, but only true friends will

leave footprints in your heart.

-To handle yourself, use your head...To handle others, use your heart.

-Anger is only one letter short of danger.

-Great minds discuss ideas...Average minds discuss events...Small minds

discuss people.

-God Gives every bird it's food, but He does not throw it into it's nest.

-He who loses money, loses much...He who loses a friend, loses more...

He who loses faith, loses all.

-Beautiful young people are acts of nature, but beautiful old people are

works

of art.

-Learn from the mistakes of others...You can't live long enough to make them

all yourself.

-The tongue weighs practically nothing, but so few people can hold it.

-Friends, you and me...you brought another friend, and then there were 3...

We started our group, "Our circle of friends"...and like that circle, there

is no beginning...there is no end...

Keep this going...E-mail all your friends this message...E-mail all those

friends

you never met...Those you have...And those you've lost along the way.

-Dear Rattana: Is their any sound recordings of this meditation or can I get

more help in pronunciation? From my readings, I assume it is very important

that it is pronounced correctly or it wil not have the desired effects?

Dear Brian,

Golden Temple Enterprises has lots of tapes and several with this mantra--to

music, but you will also get the pronunciation. The Singh Kaur version is

nice background music. There are others that would be better for

meditation. Write to gtent.

Thanks for reminding me to put some of these basic mantras on audio tapes

and have them available to access through the net.

Sat Nam,

Rattana

ps, you are in the US. Give me a call and I will say it for you.
