Do it all the time or as much as you can and let us know if you experience any relief. Also bless everyone. Try "God Bless us (can name if you want) in the Name of Guru Ram Das." Another version is "In the Name of Guru Ram Das, heal us and heal the world." Keep saying that until you get relief. You could silently or in a whisper chant the protection mantra and then the Guru Ram Das Mantra, alternating the two. You can also do outloud when your are alone. Please try these techniques and let us know any results you experience. Three people have brought up serious issues today that we must learn how to deal with. The only way to find out what works, is to experiment. Everyone is searching for the light. Many, too many people are trying to find it in the wrong places with harmful techniques that insite darkness instead of light. Our job is to bring as much light as we can to our environments and the world. You are on a mission. We are waiting for a resport.
