I recently got the question hw long does it take to open up your chakras? Just for the record-- The answer is - it depends. Some of the things it depends upon include the food you eat, your life style, your attitude, how conscious you are, how much you follow your heart. It depends on time, commitment, dedication, attention, intention, relaxation, enjoyment. Those are the things where we can have conscious input. And then there are the things we can't control like past karma, divine timing and Grace! Sometimes it is easy to have a kundalini experience or open the chakras, but the real question is how long can we maintain the higher state of consciousness. How long can we keep our chakras open? It takes a whole life of conscious living to stay awake. So welcome to life. That is why they say, enjoy the process.
