Guest guest
Dear Annushka, > About kundalini, I am just very curious about it and I like to find answers > and try to understand, probably explain everything what is happening. How are you doing? My point is that we can't explain everything. Inquiry is useful and important but at some point we must just appreciate the experience. The quickest way to kill an experience is to try to explain it. And Pop it dissapears. Anyone else ever notice this? Many blessings to you, Sat Nam, RAttana
Guest guest
Dear Annushka, I agree with Rattana. While I have a passion for knowledge about Kundalini yoga I know from experience that if I try to intellectualize my experiences, the spiritual high goes away. I have just finished my 40 days doing the Guru Ram Das meditation posted in the " New Millennium Being". I have a overall experience of well being with myself and the whole world. I Have a lot of energy. It has lasted for over a day. I'm just going to enjoy it! Guest guest
>How are you doing? Dear Rattana, I am doing fine, so I don`t meditate usually now- I feel sleepy, I am just eating, i fall asleep with my son, or I am tired... It is probably just reasons, it seems that I don`t want to do it yet, so sometimes I just can not, because of the reason above:-) We are going to buy some land, so after a month and a half or maybe 2 month we will not ahve a permanent connection to the Web, goodbye my mailing lists... pity, I have enjoyed it a lot, so it does take a lot of time to read- I have d to 6 of them... That land is very beautiful- it has some swimming holes, waterfalls. We will need to pay more after few years- about 50 thousands, so we are planning to be as much self-sufficient as we can, growing most of our food. I guess it is all new here, Love , Annushka > >Many blessings to you, > >Sat Nam, > >RAttana > >>"OUR DESTINY IS TO BE HAPPY" > - Yogi Bhajan > >Check out our website: >http://www.gtmark.com/ky/index.htm > >Sponsored by Yoga Technology Press >Popular publishers of books on Kundalini Yoga and Meditation. > > >To from this list, go to >ONElist Member Center, or send mail to >Kundaliniyoga- >No requests to the list please! Especially if I try to re-imagine or re-live an experience days later - it fades away the more I try to grasp it. The tendency to want to explain everything, understand everything and make sense of everything is definitely something I battle with, so I empathize with you Annushka. "Being" not "doing" is what I want for myself these days, but I have been so dependant on "doing" for so many years that this is probably my biggest challenge. Part of my "doing" is explaining! Anyway, one thing I try to help with this (besides concentrating on my body with yoga and meditating) is to just wait. Often, all the explanation you need comes with time - and it may just be that you are feeling and doing better. Guest guest
Dear Siobhan , Thank you for your story, I am just very new in all of it and at the beginning of my spiritual path, so I am just curious about a lot of things... Maybe I should do more than I doing, but with other point-I should think about my son first. Love to you all, Annushka
