TIP--The more we are aware and listen, the more we learn. Knowledge is everywhere, we just have to pay attention. Often the Universe speaks very softly. is Kapalabhati and Breath of Fire one and the same or are these two separate and different techniques? I think they are the same thing. About 2 years ago Yoga Journal had a whole page on (I think they called it) Kapalabhati breath. It was a great explanation. As I read it, I realized it was Breath of Fire. If anyone can locate that article, it would be great to share with everyone. Sat Nam, Rattana
