Guest guest
Dear Friends: This I my first msg. to the group, so I’d like to introduce myself. My name is Nancy. I’m about to receive my associates degree this December from Indiana University, having turned full circle from many of life’s detours. I started my degree a very long time ago, and realized that with a little more effort I could finish up in this millennium. It’ll feel good getting old business behind me. Then I can spend more time on my kundalini yoga. I found my teacher just over a month ago. Everyone’s messages have helped me to understand a great deal more about what to expect, and I thank you all. I’m very excited, and look forward to reaching a higher potential. Recently, I bought Rattana’s book, "Sexuality and Spirituality." I highly recommend it. It’s full of thoughtful information to ponder, meditations, and kriyas. One of the best things I learned from her book is that sexuality and spirituality are not separate things. Wow. What a radical concept to Western thought. But, it makes perfect logic when one is studying KY. I feel that KY would save this world from ourselves if everyone were to practice it. Unfortunately, we know there will always be those who would reject it, and feel threatened. All we can do for them then, is become a positive living example of the transformation that naturally comes about when truth frees us from our shadowy lower negative self. Thank you from the bottom of my heart, Yogi Bhajan, for unveiling the shrouded ancient secrets of past centuries for the benefit of all. I am very grateful. And thank you all, -Nancy McGann
