Guest guest
Dear Gloria, Thank you so much for the quotes and the inspiration. I am going to print those out too. For those who are just starting Kundalini yoga, here is how I got started. I came home for Christmas vacation 1968 and found my mother very cheery. She announced "I have discovered yoga!" I said, " What is that?" She showed me some basic Hatha exercises. I was amazed at how good I felt. I went back to school with a tape of 3 basic exercises. I did Hatha yoga everyday for 8 years. Then I discovered Kundalini yoga and have done it everyday since then. (With very very few exceptions when I was too sick to get out of bed.) Basically I am addicted to feeling good. I just can't stand feeling bad. I could state other reasons, but it all comes down to I want to feel as good as I can and enjoy my life as much as I can. And that is possible when I do my yoga every day. TIP--Do something every day that makes you feel physically vital and happy to be alive.
