If you have any questions you'd like answered, please let us know - remember, the only stupid question is the one that is not asked! I'd like to draw your attention to one rule that must be followed when posting - please, when replying to messages from this list, only quote the relevant sections - delete everything else, in particular all old message trailers. If you ever to digest mode, you will soon understand the necessity for this. One of my helpers, Susan Boles, has had to resign from her post as assistant moderator, for personal reasons. Susan has been with us for almost 8 months, and has done much behind the scenes to help with the smooth running and operation of Kundalini Yoga. I'd like to take this opportunity to thank her for everything she has done, and to wish her every future success and happiness.
