Guest guest
Dear Brian, This is a great question and I feel perhaps THE question for people on a spiritual path who choose to live in the world, as opposed to a cave or mountaintop. I have actually been trying to figure this out for years. I am fortunately making some progress, but would certainly welcome any ideas from others. I am writing on this topic in my upcoming New Millennium Being Newsletter on Scorpio. So you can have my an extensive review of my ideas on October 23. The basic idea is that we must learn to relate to and integrate our emotional body into our consciousness. For it is our emotions that pull us off balance. TIP-- Whatever happens, feel your reactions in your body. Stay very present to any and all sensations in your body. At first this can be very uncomfortable. That is why we escape to our heads so much of the time. But over time, we will befriend our emotions, which are the force field of our Soul. This is what Ingrid did and why I am so impressed with what she accomplished. Let us all know your experiences and results. Sat Nam, RAttana > A question for the group. > > The ability to raise the Kundalini energy seems relatively easy if I do my sets and meditations properly and on a regular basis. The total connectiveness with a higher power and sense of well being that I receive is a feeling that I would like to keep at all times. My questions is how to keep this energy up in our world of stress and challenges. Its seems that as I go from my secluded excercise area into the regular world the energy leaves as the real world intrudes on my serenity. Any ideas? >
