Hello,

 

Since I had interesting posts from different

background (Chi, Yoga and Kundalini), in response

to my electrical effects mail, I made a point

to hurry up.

 

So today, I decided to put online both the critical

part, and the exercise first part of the method

I try to elaborate.

 

I am eagerly looking for your feedback.

 

The main problem in my opinion is that people who

'go there' (Kundalini bliss and general awakening)

have no users manual to go back when they want.

 

So my whole work is focused on that point.

 

It has all the goodies and drawbacks of a maverick

work.
