Thanks for the great information. A long time ago in my past, I heard a

long and deep-toned gong sound just above my head. Very beautiful.

Maybe it will return.

All what you say brings up something that happens to me many times

throughout the day, ever since the late 1970's. I have asked many

different people over the years, and get different answers. So now I

have a new group to ask.

What I see are beautiful blue lights that flash before my eyes all the

time, many times a day, every day. I can be at the office working at

the computer--they will flash about the screen. I can be having

discussions with one or more people--they flash along the wall. I can

be watching TV alone or not--they flash about the floor, or around the

set. They flash on the pages of a book I could be reading. It doesn't

matter what Iam doing. Their sizes change, but always is brilliant

blue, or white. Once in a great while, like once or twice a year, I get

to see a yellow or red dot of light. Very rare though.

I've been told they are fairies, or spirits. I've been told to speak to

them. Ask them what they want. I've done all these things, but nothing

else happens. So Iam thinking, maybe it's something else.

Then, Robert, you give me some great info on the sounds, and I think

that is something. I have been baffeled by my flash-light friends for

years. Maybe it's a practical joke on me. I'd like to get to know them

better, or at least find out what's going on. I feel very stuck right

now. Thank you one and all for your input.

Hi,

These sounds that you refer to are usally caused when your astral

hearing

is awekening.

It is mentioned in Raja Yoga as distance hearing (3rd eye : distant

seeing

etc.) and in Kabbalistik magickal systems as astral hearing (Magick,

Maat Magic etc.).

It is the awakening of the visshudha chackra that causes this. When you

are

out in the astral try to focus on where the sounds are coming from and

you will usally find that your hearing is in your throath and not in

your ears.

In time these "electrical" sounds can become beutifull music, birds

singing, words and so on.

For me these sounds usally start out sounding like high and low beeps

and

winds blowing.

I don't know how this phenomena is seen on in Kundalini Yoga, but i'm

very

interested in finding out.

Hi,

there "visions" sounds very intressting.

I know that when I started to train my astralvision (3rd eye) and started to

see auras it was

usally as a white light around people and things but later on it started to

get a very bright

blue color and then more colors apeard.

But if they move around it is very intressteing, I have only seen "energy"

floating around,

sometimes like very small circulare shapes and sometimes more like a cloud

but never in any color,

accept in auras but I think that that is diffirent because you are focusing

on one thing.

Strange and wounderfull things happens when your astral senses begin to

awake, and

yoga is in my experiens the best, safest and fastest way to do it.

But I think that it is hard to find any writen information about the effects

in books about yoga

(it is probebly becaus I don't know where to look) but if you read a book

about magick they

usally start talking about the astral sight and hearing and methods to awake

them right away

becaus it is the most basic thing that you need for astral magick.

In my opinion it is very hard to tell if it is fairies, sprits, energy or

any other type of astral

entity or guides that you see, I think that that part has a great deal to do

with belifes and

expectasions, and offcourse alot to do with the person.

But please let me know if you find out what it is.

PS! If someone out there knows of any good book containing information about

the astral from

a yogis point of view please, please let me know. I have been trying to find

it but without any

bigger success. And I don't meen the basics for astral traverling but more

the philosofical parts.
