3 and a 1/2 curls ???;

Aum

 

i have heard that the kundalini lies at the bottom of

the spine and is twisted in 3 and a 1/2 curls(atleast

that is how you visualize it) but i am not sure as to

what the twists represent and how to get the snake to

unwind.

 

somebody got to help me fast......
