Guest guest Posted October 26, 1999 Report Share Posted October 26, 1999 aum i am new to this exciting concept of kundalini yoga and would like to get some elaborations on certain aspects..... i have read that the kundalini can be envisioned as a serpet coiled at the base of the spine the muladhara chakra. it is said that it has 3 and a 1/2 coils and that the mouth of the serpet seals the sushumu nadi... to open the passage the serpet has to be unwound(releasing tremendous ammount of energy,which must be done under control)..... i want to know what these coils represent and how can IT be awakened. waiting eagerly...... aum ===== Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
