Guest guest
Dear Ani, I approach the raising of the Kundalini from an energetic point of view. The energy is spiral, so I stimulate it by doing spinal rotations. After 3-5-10 minutes of consciously moving in a vortex manner, I stop making the movement happen and let it happen all by it self. The spiral becomes internal and often my body stops moving. But the movement of energy continues. How many times? It just keeps going and I enjoy what I am feeling. And there are hundreds of exercises and meditations to activate the Kundalini. It is a life time process. TIP- Use kundalini yoga to activate your energy. Then experience what is happening without interferring. Awakening is complex, elegant and fun.
