Hi Pamela......Everything we need in life comes to us when we need it. So trust

in your creation. Ascension is where it is at as far as I am concerned, so if

you are drawn to it then go for it. Only good will be the result. Ascension is a

series of effortless techniques that have been around for thousands of years.

The Ishayas have somewhat "westernized" them, but have not changed the power of

them as a result. It is not Kriya Yoga although that can happen naturaly as a

result of ascension as your nervous system clears. Here are two definitions:

Kriya: (movement) Physical, mental, or emotional movements initiated by the

awakened Kundalini; purifecatory movements. (These movements can spontaneously

occur during ascension, because your kundalini is awakening through this method)

Kriya Yoga: The yoga whereby the individual utilizes his senses, breath, and

mind for Self-realization. Ascension is meditation, and yet it is not. Not like

any you may have practiced up to now. We do recommed simple asanas and sun

salutes, as a partner to ascension. Simple diet. It is not complicated and

anyone, anywhere, with any life-style or belief can do this. It is not a

religion or a belief system. It is a series of ancient techniques that I feel

should be available to all. That is my goal. I hope this helps in some way, and

if I can be of further help just ask. Syena.
