Guest guest
DEar Hartono, > Is it possible to get Kundalini distant shaktipat to awaken my kundalini? > Is there anybody who can help me? This is a frequently asked question. The answer is there are no short cuts. No one can raise your kundalini for you. The person who can help you the most is yourself--by choosing to practice the science of Kundalini yoga on a regular basis. When you commit to the practice, you will gain the benefits of joining the energy of all those on the path. When you chant Ong Na Mo Guru Dev Na Mo you will access the golden chain of teachers who will be with you and guide you, even if you are not aware of it. Being in the presence of a teacher, in the case of Kundalini yoga, Yoga Bhajan, is a very profound and elevating experience. But he never give shaktipat. He transmits a lot of energy to whoever participates in his classes. But believe me, we also work for what we get. He leads us through exercises which amplifies the energy and creates a powerful group energy. I recommend doing any of his courses when you have a chance. A teacher can definitely help, but what we get can only be integrated and sustained by our own personal work. I remember one class where Yogi Bhajan was leading us through a very difficult exercise where we had to hold our arms up for a very long time--15-30 minutes. While we were going through the agony he told us. "There is no other way. I am sorry, I cannot do it for you. If there was another way I would tell you. Do it now or do it next life time. That is your choice." His spirit helped us do it. I am sure we could not have kept us without the love that he showerd on us. But in the end, we are the ones who had to hold our arms up. TIP--The sooner we commit to do the work, the sooner we can enjoy the results. Sat Nam, RAttana
