Guest guest
I have been reading "Kundalini Yoga: The Flow of Eternal Power" by Shakti Parwha Kaur Khalsa. There is a section on sleep. She says a healthy adult, needs no more than 5 1/2 hours per night. Also, is mentioned drinking water before bed so you won't become dehydrated-even if it means getting up to go during the night. Do any of you have experience w/ this? I refrain from drinking water about 1-2 hours before bed and still get up several times and I am getting 7-8 hours of sleep per night. I am just wondering about getting down to 5 1/2 and still getting up 3 or 4 times per night??? (This could also possibly be that I had twins 16 months ago and maybe I'm just used to getting up a lot at night?) I'd love to spend only 5 1/2 hours sleeping-I'd have so much more time, but the water/bathroom thing worries me a bit. Any advice?
