Guest guest
I am trying to learn and practice the breath of fire by reading from a book. By following the instructions, I get two different ways of doing it. Which one is correct? 1. My abdomen more like jiggles in and out quickly, a very slight movement. My lower abs are held in tight and the navel and up to my sternum moves in and out. 2. The other is a bigger movement and more difficult. The breathing is irregular and choppy. HELP!!!! I really want to learn this so any explanations or advice will be much appreciated!! Jeanette _________________ Get the Internet just the way you want it. Guest guest
I have never tried the breath of fire before. Would someone be kind enough to explain the purpose of the Breath of Fire? How todo it? Also how fast should you do it.I tried it once and maybe I was going to fast but my nose started to hurt. Thanks, Larry
