Specifically to your description--- I get two different ways of doing > it. Which one is correct? 1. My abdomen more like jiggles in and out > quickly, yes >a very slight movement. Start with slight and it will be a bit more dynamic as you engage your diaphram muscles. > My lower abs are held in tight They are held is slightly but not tight to point of strain. This is a very important point. This will create a solid base in the lower chakras and the energy will not be lost, but will stay in your body and move up. and the > navel and up to my sternum moves in and out. yes. 2. The other is a bigger > movement and more difficult. The breathing is irregular and choppy. No. It should not be difficult. > HELP!!!! I hope this helps.
