I practiced Kundalini Yoga on and off for 14 years while living in Houston, Texas. Now I have been in NJ for 5 years, have not practiced since I came here. I am trying to motivate myself to start again, by myself if necessary, hopefully with others. I definitely agree it is "Life-Transforming"!
