Guest guest
Lately I have been reading a lot about our aura, how it varies in size and the ability of some people to see a persons aura. I have found some exercises to increase my aura. My question is how do I know how far my aura extends? Is there a meditation or set that develops my ability to see mine or others aura? Does anyone have any knowledge in this area? Sat Nam Brian
Guest guest
Stuart Wilde has some good meditation/excercises on that. In his book The Quickening he says: "Go out into a wooded area at dusk. Pick a large, robust tree, preferably one that has abundant foliage. Put yourself into a relaxed state and place your concentration at the top to the tree at the twelve-o-clock position. Next, move your eye to the right, staring for a moment, at the sky beside the tree where 3 o-clock would be. Then without moving your eyes from that position, take your concentration back to the top of the tree. You will see the etheric life force of the tree expressing itself dynamically to a destance of up to three or five feet around the tree. It will look like a gray-blue wispy trails of vibrant energy. Whereas the tree may seem static, by looking at its inner regality you will notice that it is in fact lively and constantly changeing. You and the tree are one." I started with this and now when I am sitting somewhere in the semi-light, I can see my own wisps trailing up past my face like smoke. You'd think I was smoking or something.
