Hi, my name is Mark, I've just started lurking here and unfortunately don't have time for a proper introduction. I would however like to share some thoughts. What has been said about the energy being transmuted is correct, but more is true - when you feel the energy without thoughts you can CHOOSE what the energy becomes (this might sound like a contradiction but a choice - in this case - is not a thought but an act of will). In this way it is possible to recondition your response to anything. My only other point, although you may consider this nit-picking, is that transcending is not a process of becoming one with the energy but simply the realisation that you ARE the energy (and always have been). I know that this might not make sense on an intellectual level but it can help to make sense of your experiences with meditation and energy work. Thanks for listening Mark
