Re: Joel. Transcending Pain.

I have helped others deal with pain as a hypnotherapist. Here are some other

suggestions. Learn self-hypnosis from a hypnotherapist. Most pain beyond the

initial trauma 80% is a body memory and can be alleviated within the

subconscious mind. The mind is very powerful. A lot of continuing pain is from

stress built up within the body and a focusing on that by the consciousness.

First get de stressed.

Also, for now, if there is a part of the body that is not in pain. Focus on that

and pull that feeling, from within a relaxed state, to the painfull parts. It

will feel like warm milk slowly moving from that part to the rest and will

substitute the pain with no-pain. Two sessions with a hypnotherapist should be

all you require if you want to persue this. There are web sites with all kinds

of information on sources. I have had clients with extremely painfull absessed

teeth, able to wait a week to see a dentist, and have NO pain until it could be

dealt with. You can be operated on, without anesthetics, safely and without

pain. That is the power of your mind. Hypnosis works and is only a tool that we

can use in our arsenal. I now use it rarely, prefering to ascend, but in extreme

cases of pain or blockage, why not? Hope this helps

Love to you with this message.
