Guest guest
Dear Brian, There is also feeling your aura. For that you have to develop your sensitivities. This could be very useful information. For those who are bored with meditation this is also a very interesting past time. Basically start by feeling your body from the inside and keep feeling it. Eventually you will be able to also feel around your body. Your aura will be powerful out to the point that you are aware of it and contain in your consciousness the feeling of your energy. This is also being very aware of your presence. TIP- Your conscious awareness strengthens the power of your presence. Anyone who gives it a try, let us all know.
