I had an unusual expereince

Hello everybody :-))

 

I had an unusual expereince last night..maybe someone can give me some

insight.

 

I woke up in the early hours of the morning and found myself instantly wide

awake and I was acutely aware of a sensation of " healing " going on. I

have admiittedly been working on a healing on a soul level , of a deep hurt

that has taken place in my life...so I know that I desire to be healed .I

became aware of a very hot feeling directly above my heart , almost like a

burning . I was not afraid , but I was intentely still and it was almost as

though some old issues were being burnt and that my heart was healing .I have

an idea that emotional problems that are not dealt with can actaully damage

the heart , is this so ??Yet I felt like the whole issue was just gone after

that. I had this feeling that the old me was hovaring a little above me

lying in the bed and then the image of my old self was gone, I remained

peaceful all the time. I knew then that I had been healed.
