Guest guest
Dear Kimberly, TIP -- In the end, every issue that we face as human beings is at its core a spiritual issue. Something sooner or later pushes us to connect with Spirit. When we find out that the whole point was to get us closer to our soul and the divine, the issue starts resolving itself. Welcome to the "I am going to get it this time club." I am still working on my in depth response. In the meantime, practice spinal rotations for at least 3-5 minutes at a time and start making friends with your belly. Sat Nam, RAttana > I will check out your book. Guest guest
DEar Kimberly, The human journey seems to be set up so we have to get desparate enough to go for the gold. Your eating disorder brought you to KY. That is a true blessing. Thank your problems for bringing you to one of the most powerful spiritual paths on the planet. And then walk through the door of your new home. One time Yogi Bhajan told us "I did not promise you you would have no more problems. I promised you you would be able to deal with them." Our challenges never end, but we always make progress and attain ever greater levels of consciousness, peace and joy. Sister, there is hope. Take off your coat and sit down in your new home.
