Guest guest
Hello everybody, Sat nam. Here is a really powerful exercise to strengthen the navel center and build will power: lie on your back. Lift head. Lift arms which are straight at your sides, lift legs (straight) 6 inches off the floor. Look at your toes. Do breath of fire. wow. You will feel the pull in your navel. Don't over-do it. I started at 1 minute and actually got up to several minutes, by increasing very gradually. Guest guest
Dear Kartar Kaur, Thanks for sharing the untimate navel exercise-- stretch pose. The small of the back should be on the floor. For beginners and actually for others and myself, I recommend doing it with the hands under the hips. Then you can protect your back. You still get a great stretch at the navel center (2-3 inches below the navel.) Even a few seconds at first is good. Rest in between. If you want to relax, do stretch pose. You will certainly be able to relax and release after that. Kartar Kaur, if you can do this 3 minutes I am impressed.
