Guest guest Posted December 12, 1999 Report Share Posted December 12, 1999 Namaste I have learned that one shall not do strenuous exercises, when one has got a cold, since one can get an inflammation in the heart muscle. When I have a cold what Kundalini yoga sets can I do, are there exercises to avoid, can I do breath of fire and the root lock. Are there any kriyas or set for colds?
