Guest guest
Dear Gunnar, When we have or feel like we are catching a cold or the flu, the body needs energy to heal. Therefore, it is recommended to not do strenuous exercises during this time because they will deplete energy in the kidneys. The body does need internal warmth. I like doing breath of fire and alternate nostril breathing to warm up my body. Also ginger tea made with dried ginger warms up the body internally. You can definitely do root lock. The kryia for disease prevention is in my manual (that you have) Relax and Renew. Be very internal, monitor your energy and don't be to vigorous if you are already sick. The triangle pose works wonders. Also healing meditation with the Mantra RA MA DA SA SA SAY SO HUNG. To your good health. Guest guest
Dear Rattana I have looked in your manual Relax and Renew, but I am a little confused. Which Kriya/set are your referring to? I think the triangle pose is a little strenuous, am I wrong? Sat Nam Gunnar PS I have just begin to read your book The Destiny of Women. I like it very much, but I only read a few pages each time, so it would last a long time. Guest guest
Dear Gunnar, Sorry, the set is Kryia for Disease Prevention on page 78 of Transitions to Heart- > I think the triangle pose is a little strenuous, am I wrong? Maybe if you are really sick. But there are others that are more strenuous. :+) > PS I have just begin to read your book The Destiny of Women. I like it very much, but I only read a few pages each time, so it would last a long time. Good idea. It is a book to savour and reflect upon.
