Guest guest
Hi again, I just read my post that I made earlier today, and I had originally intended to congratulate those people who have chosen a commitment to themselves for various lengths of time. I have found though, that over time, it gets easier and easier to continue. It eventually turns into a habit, which is good. However, when I find that it has become a habit to do work on acheiving Yoga, I change my set of postures, adding new ones and dropping a few others to keep my time spent at about 45 minutes. 25 minutes with asana and 20 to 25 minutes in meditation. This is what seems to work for me. Again congratulations and may Ganesha remove all of your obstacles in the way of you meeting your commitments. Brightest Blessings, Adam
