Guest guest
Hi all, I'm the editor of a new web magazine that recently published an article called "The Day My Kundalini Woke Up." It describes in detail how somebody deliberately raised his Kundalini and experienced an elevated spiritual state. I just received the following letter from a reader: I think "The Day My Kundali Woke Up" is an irresponsible article. I have no respect for anyone publishing an article telling how to have a Kundalini awakening. Some people could die or go insane from such an approach. You don't know what you are playing with! The author of our article had an ecstatic experience with no bad effects. I would like to get more opinions from people who have experience with Kundalini. Did I really act irresponsibly in printing this article? Also, I am looking for somebody who can write an article for me that describes carefully, from personal experience, some specific examples of bad Kundalini effects. Thank you. Laura Olshansky Editor in Chief http://www.realization.org P.S. The article is at http://www.realization.org/page/doc0/doc0000.htm.
Guest guest
Dear Laura, Thank your for your letter. I appreciate your concern about being responsible in what publish. I would actually like to read the article. Where do we find it? I have a very different view than this fear based person. I think that more people go insane because they are asleep and unconscious than if they are consciously awake. I personally would be afraid to life my life without KY. And it certainly would be less creative, fun and energized. > The author of our article had an ecstatic experience > with no bad effects. Most people do, if they prepare their nervous system to contain the energy. That is why we practice Kundalini yoga as taught by Yogi Bhajan, so that our bodies can handeling the awakening process. > I would like to get more opinions from people who > have experience with Kundalini. I will look forward to other opinions. > Also, I am looking for somebody who can write > an article for me that describes carefully, from > personal experience, some specific examples of bad > Kundalini effects.
