Guest guest
Hi everybody! I am a new r to the kundalini list and new to kundalini yoga. After having practiced yoga for 7+ years, I came across a kundalini yoga video. I tried it and felt great afterwards. I just wanted to slip into meditation immediately afterwards. I felt like it was different that yoga, more energetic perhaps. Anyway, since then, I am on the outlook for a good book where I can learn more sequences and learn about the philosophy of Kundalini yoga. Any suggestions? I feel very attracted to Transitions to a Heart -Centered World , but since I look at it person, I don't know. Kristina

Guest guest
Dear Kristina, Thanks for your letter. Yes after KY we just want to slip into meditation. I love that effect too. I was waiting for someone else to respond to you about the book. Transitions to a Heart Centered World will take care of you for a long time. There are over a hundred sets and meditations many of which are available for the first time ever. It is still our best seller and my first KY manual. Go with your intuition. Following our intuition is one of the most important things we can do for ourselves.
