Guest guest
have made a commitment to practice Sdahana as part of my teacher training for the next 40 days...I am on day 2 and just wanted to report so that I could get support for what I think will be an exciting and very enlightening experience. Needless to say, there is much that will have to change to support this practice, such as lifestyle, diet, etc...but I am commited to "no matter what" doing this so that I can turn faith into wisdom through experience, personal experience. I could not think of a better way to bring in the New Year.. Sat Nam.. Hari Kaur

Guest guest
Sat Nam.. As part of my teacher training, what kept going through my head was that I could not effectively teach if I did not practice Sdhana. Also, I have an eating disorder and I want healing...I felt that if I practiced Sdhana...that it would have to change my life style, beliefs, habits, etc...because I could not continue to "act out" and get up and do sdhana...that is why I have commited to "no matter what" doing sdhana..even if I am binging..my sense is..that the power of attending a community sdhana..I go to Yoga West in Los Angeles and it starts at 4:00am...that instead of focusing on the back end of my food, I would start with healing in my heart with spirituality... Also...I want to be magnificient and unless I completly threw myself in to this way of life...I would never truly gain the experience, "half measures avail us nothing".. Please, I invite you to join in this practice...WE will do it together!!! Hari Kaur
Guest guest
Salutations Hari Kaur What you are doing is remarkable and may the Divine Mother Kundalini Devi's light be with you. The first few days may look hard but as you go on the journey you will want to do it for a longer time. Last year I did a 60 day fast in Indian with all the lovely Indian food around me but not being able to eat till sun set. It was hard at first but then it became a joy. I am sure you will have a good time. May the Light and Love of the Universe be with you Love Namaste Sri Param Eswaran >Leavesseur >Kundaliniyoga >kundaliniyoga > Sdahana... >Sun, 2 Jan 2000 22:41:16 EST > > have made a commitment to practice Sdahana as part of my teacher training >for the next 40 days...I am on day 2 and just wanted to report so that I >could get support for what I think will be an exciting and very >enlightening >experience.
