Guest guest
Dear Joe, Please keep us posted about your success in quiting smoking, alcohol etc. Vit C helps too, as you did mention citrus fruit. I also heard prunes. Also about other changes in your life. (Marsha, thanks for your letter too about positive and negative changes. The follow relates to your letter and to Joe's.) One of the most interesting and rewarding experiences is to see how people around us change when we change. You might try stop arguing with your wife and see how she reacts. It might take a few days. But I have found when I disengage from a conflict (and I mean really at a core level quit playing MY part in the game) the game often stops. Well it certainly stops for me and the other person has a choice. Some chose to stop and some don't. But they have to find someone else to play with. I find it feels really good to change so much myself that I witness change around me. 2000 is a good time to go for it. I feel 2000 dropped the past in a black hole. We really can begin new lives. TIP--Yogi Bhajan taught us we have 3-4 seconds to make a decision about our responses. In that time we can create a new pattern and make a new choice. Or we can create karma we have to work out again. After 4 seconds the karma has been created. We can't ponder and then change our mind.
