Guest guest
Good evening, Several weeks ago, I had posted a message about a few experiences with deeper meditative states, and asked how to stay in them once you realize that you have achieved a deeper state. Well, I have been working (or better, relaxing) on this and things are getting a bit better. However, this morning, I was in a fairly deep state (not California) and suddenly the cat got spooked for some reason and tore off across the room. I heard the commotion, and it startled me just a bit, but not enough to break my concentration. Additionally, the slight disturbance created an immediate sensation to rush the length of my spine. A brief time later, it felt as if I was floating in the air, and tears streamed from my eyes. This only lasted about a minute. It ended, of course, when I became overly aware of what was going on and tried to force the experience to continue. Anyway, I just had to share that. It was wonderful.
