First, if you read through, as I did, about 150/200 books on the subject, you discover that different schools systematize different methods. The reason why is that, for their founder at least, 'it worked'. Then you check too, that from several places, warnings are raised. 'Dont do that'. 'This is dangerous'. 'Never without my guru !!!' Just LOL. On the contrary, other emphasize 'Follow your own inside Master'. Though I am ready to follow any person who knows better than me (which should be easy), that doesn't mean I should follow only one person. Remember, in school or college, did we have only one course, in one field ? Lol again. I'd be happy to develop this discussion further if anyone is interested. So, more on request.
