Guest guest
Adam pertinently remarked : 'the slight disturbance created an immediate sensation to rush the length of my spine. ' Hello, I noticed that too. When I am meditating, a noise provokes exactly the same. A rush in the spine. Just like a beginning of something great. So my question is : How to systematize that ? And not let it happen just by chance ? Can we do it through a mantra ? Very nice observation Adam. Now, please help me (us). Find ideas and let us all cross-verify that. And then we are at the very core of finding by the chance of a prepared mind, I mean serendipity.
