Guest guest Posted January 12, 2000 Report Share Posted January 12, 2000 I have been doing Breath of Fire, circular breathing, and deep breathing with the focus 4-5 inches below my navel as recommended awhile ago. I have been having a very strange and enjoyable experiences for quite awhile which I have unable to verbalize. I found a term In one of Rattana's book's that most describes my feelings so I thought I would post a message to see if others can relate. This seems to relate to other posts lately with warmth in the base of spine. The term in the book for the navel chakra is called "Delight Center". When I focus my attention on this area in any manner I experience a feeling of total pleasure and warmth beyond explanation focused in the navel area. It is a physical experience. It is not just during a excercise but anytime I focus in this area. It is definately delightful! Can anyone else relate? I would like to expand this feeling to my whole body.
