Guest guest
Hello Brian, Seems you are more gifted than the average. I have it partially, but not as intense when awaked. It is always for me more powerful in half sleep. To generalize it, try spiraling the energy to the places you wan to spur. Then you'll find by yourself the right rythm for you, through experimenting. I'll be glad to get your feedback. Can you explain the meaning for you of circular breathing and breath of fire, since different schools use the same words for different things ? Last word, if you succeed, make it a method and you'll become rich... ;-))). Many people would pay a lot to get orgasmic sensations on toes (10 toes !!!) ears and nose... That will give them a funny gait I suppose.
