Dear Froggy Jacques,

Everything I do is from Yogi Bhajan. The Circular Breathing I use is from

Rattana's Book

"Sexuality and Spirituality" Page 156. The Breath of fire is in any

Kundalini Book that come from Yogi Bhajan. If you don't have any of these

books I really recommend it. It makes our journey easier.

Sat Nam,

Brian

Ps- You stated that I was gifted more than most. I am only an average

person with the technology to experience my greatness. The gifted part comes

from finding Kundalini Yogi, Yogi Bhajan, this group and the many people of

have helped me experience my true being.

Dear Al,

There is so much information in Rattana's books you will want the whole

book. Kundalini Yoga is so wholistic that you will want it all. I do my

cicular breathing during the rest periods of my Kriya. I do breath of fire

in various poses as directed. I also do not feel comfortable quoting out of

someone elses book. Hope you can afford the book. It is well worth the $.

advise me how to delete these messages. Sorry but this is is a technical

prblem arising from this list.
