Guest guest
Hello, I want to share a couple of verses of a song I wrote that seem very applicable at this time. Love and Peace and Compromise; were values that we recognized. Happy faces, dancing gaily 'round the fires at sunset, Oh how quickly one word it changes all. I am right and you are wrong; seems to be the tune of our new song. Intolerance and exclusion, are the products of erosion. Oh my family, we've got to turn around. Remember times not far behind, of trusting each other and being kind. Holding hands is peaceful unity, Again we must for our survival. Yes together, we can start o'er once again One step forward is all it takes, to mend the cracks of our mistakes. Renewed hand shakes and apologes Building bridges instead of fences. Oh my Goddess, let this be our new found way. I wrote this some when I saw a tremendous amount of discord in a community of spiritual people that I am involved with. People were tearing at each other in attempts to make the other look bad. It was due to a misunderstanding of just a couple of words. In reality, neither party was initially angry at the other, but in the end several friends were lost and some don't speak any more. Don't let that happen here. We are all on a journey of discovery and possibly repair to our spirits and souls. Only together, with help and understanding from each other, can we hope to survive in a world which by its very nature - divides us. I'm sure no one meant to harm anyone else. I have been watching the interaction of this entire list for several months now, and I see no indication that anyone wants to hurt anyone else. I have only seen love and acceptance, encouragement and confindence building. These are the things that we need in the world today. Within the membership of this list, there are people (myself included) who have come from places of extreme pain; caution is sometimes forefront. However, all that I have seen here, is love and compassion. I hope that these words were not a hinderance to anyone, and hope that they help. We are all a family of the same cosmic stuff; hold hands (even if only mentally) and love. Brightest Blessings, Adam ____ Get Your Private, Free Email at http://www.hotmail.com

Guest guest
would love to have a meditation that will work on bringing true love into my life. there is someone i've met, but i think it's best to concentrate on bringing an overall love feeling into my life, vs. concentrating on the one person, yes? susan
