Guest guest
Dear Lars, The rest of the meditations are sitting with hands in Gyan Mudra-thumb and forefinger touching. Except the 22 minutes of Wha He Guru jios. This one is in Vir Asan. Sit on left heal with the heal in the perinnium. Right knee is bent with foot on the ground. Hands are in prayer pose. You will most probably have to use a cushion under your right buttocks to stay in this postion. Stay as long as you can do it with a straight spine and then come out of it. Don't do postures inaccurately just to get the time in. Sat Nam, RAttana > I want to practise the 7 meditations Yogi Bhajan recommended for the morning > Sadhana and would like to know the mudras for all meditations. As I know the > Long Ek Ong Kar Meditation is best practised in Gyan Mudra and the Guru Ram > Das Meditation at the end is often practised with left hand on the heart > centre and right above left. I have no idea about the recommended mudras for > the other five meditations. >
