Guest guest
Greetings to you all, Recently ( about 5 weeks ago ), for a very first time I started to practice Kundalini Yoga after reading this wonderful book by Shakti Parwha Kaur Khalsa "Kundalini Yoga the flow of eternal power". I have been practicing Hatha Yoga for 4 years previous to that. Sometimes when practicing back bends, my back felt very tight but didn't spasm afterward. Being aware of this tightness I always approached backbend asanas with caution. Book of Kaur Khalsa left a huge impact in my mind and also aroused my curiosity. When I started to practice the Breath of Fire I wasn't very certain of how to do it correctly, but then I went and followed instructions in this wonderful book. There is a few questions I would like to ask of those who can give me a helping hand. -When practicing certain Kriyas such as Sat Kriya is this particular Kriya part of sequence or it to be practiced separately? -Magnificent Seven sequence, can it be combined with some different yoga asanas afterwards. -Kriya for elevation sequence to be practices as listed and shown in the book or can have more asanas added to it? -is it ok to combine all 3 chapters of "In the Morning" as they consist of fair amount of time spent on Breath of Fire and then still add Breath of Fire, Kapalabathi Breath, and Bramhari Breath before meditation? Working with Prana is a serious business and unfortunately I don't know how, when or why, but Prana is blocked in my lower back, as I am experiencing persistent aches in that region, which do not want to respond to chiropractic treatment, massage therapy, physio therapy and or any other kind of treatment. This all started when I started to experiment with Breath of Fire Any suggestion as to how can I possibly get rid of this excruciating pain? Thank you for advice Sat Nam, Eva ..... Health is wealth, and piece of mind is happiness....[
