Guest guest
I'm starting my first Kundalini yoga class at work and I'm trying to figure out the yogi tea logistics. I go into work at 8-9am and I teach the class at 6pm. It is too far to go home between the end of work and class and there is no stove or burner for me to make the tea with at work so I have to make it in the morning or the night before. (I can't really baby-sit it at work anyway even if I did have a burner.) I can't imagine keeping the tea warm in one of those coffee warmers for 10 hours either. So what should I do? Can I just mix the chi part with the soy milk in a coffee warmer an hour before class? Any other ideas? Thanks, Eric
