Guest guest Posted January 20, 2000 Report Share Posted January 20, 2000 Dear Eva: I have just begun studying Kundalini Yoga, so most of the questions I have no idea about...but the back pain can also be associated with the cooresponding chakra's in the fron of the body..My acupuncturist has many times treated lower back oain by releasing the solar plexis and balancing that chakra... Meditate on the areas most painful and many times the blockage cause/reason will reveal itself by also radiating discomfort to the corresponding chakra which we traditionally associate with the front of the body... Thanks Trish for your kind words of advice, how did it work for you to see acupuncturist as far as the pain was concerned? Was the pain gone permanently, or did it reaccure? I am toying with the very idea to have this problem treated by one and using alot of breathing into my lower back.
