I don't have a good answer. I hope someone else does. But breathing into

the area, relaxing and allowing the energy to flow can only help.

I hope someone has a good answer too....

my mother has 2 herniated disks pinching sciatic nerve.....

i know that if it wasn't for the fact that she can't get on the floor (or up

once down)

Kundalini yoga wouls help her so much.... but i feel there is a step she has

to take

before she can even try to do this....

i had asked my yoga teacher about this a few months ago.... he had suggested

that she try hydrotherapy... bath as cold as she could stand it... and then a

warm bath....

problem is she cant even get in the tub so i do not know if this would have

worked... =(

she has been to chiropractors... physical therapy, accupuncture...

she is taking Sam-E now.... ANYTHING to avoid surgury.....<sigh>

i'll be listening to any answers....

Sat Nam.....
