KY Rules!

If the title of this message sounds like a busting teenager, that's how I

feel this morning. Let me explain: I've been practicing yoga for a little

over two years, the first of which was hatha. Then, I discovered KY, which

I've practiced faithfully for the past year.

A month ago, I decided to run a test (I'm always running tests with myself!)

to see if I could really tell a difference in benefits between the two

styles. I would never, ever diminish any style of yoga because they are all

so wonderful.

This morning, I practiced my KY for the first time in thirty days. WOW! I

have been re-born! Such an epiphany (if that word is usuable here). About

midway into my practice, I felt that familiar surge, that glorious

re-awakening. Such energy, vitality, aliveness - sensory and sensually. I

can barely contain my energy, my love, my "being"! This is the greatest day

- ever!

Several weeks ago, Gordon was kind and generous to include my web site

http://home/pacbell.net/willl in this KY site's link list. Many, many of

you have written to me regarding my artwork and writing, and I sincerely

appreciate the generous thoughts and words from each of you. If you've

missed it, please visit me when you can.

Thanks for letting me rave here this morning.

KY rules!
