Hello everybody,

Any useful tips on a continuous pain in the neck ?

Ache where the neck joins the shoulders and in muscles below (both sides

even)and an off and on headachy type pain up into brain - None of it intensly

painful (I've only taking pain killers once)but irritating. I have been working

past 5 minutes on shoulder stand - but have also had ongoing throat tension

problems. Even encouragement to forget shoulder stands (of more than 1 minute)

is welcome !

Love to all,

Ariel

I have had ongoing neck & shoulder stiffness which is not as bad when I avoid

wheat (tends to meke me retain water=swelling. I also just found out I have a

rotator cuff injury, which makes me raise my shoulder to perform tasks with that

arm, instead of rotating it, causing stiff neck. Don't know if this will help

you but I hope you find relief. :)
