Hello All,

 

Lately I have been doing two different yoga videos. One is Fat-Free yoga

with Ravi Singh and the other is intermediate yoga with Kathy Smith. I

feel that they are both very good videos. I find that after I do the Kathy

Smith video, that my digestion seems to speed up for the next few days. I

only do this video one day a week because I prefer to do the other video.

I was wondering if this was healthy for my body? Also, it doesn't seem to

matter what I eat on the day I do the video, I usually get the same results.

Dear Alexandra,

 

If I understnad your question, the answer is, it is fine to do one yoga set

or video 6 days a week and another the other day.
