Guest guest
Rattana, Today is my 40'th smoke free day and I think that I have it beat. I think the navel and breathing exercises are a big help. Thank you for all of your work in moderating this list and making the exercise sets and lessons available. My personal tip to potential non smokers is to watch closely for the window of opportunity...initially it is not very big. I would only attempt to quit on a Monday morning when I know that I will be busy and avoiding social situations for several days. Other changes include tightening up on my diet... anything no longer goes (Oh well!!) When I start writing prose in a different language you will all be the first to know (for those of you who don't know Gopi Krishna had a heck of a time when his kundalini was awakened...I'll pass on the near starvation thank you very much but bliss would be nice) Sat Nam Joe PS - Special warm wishes to L.B. _____ Get 100% FREE Internet Access powered by Excite Visit http://freeworld.excite.com
Guest guest
CONGRATULATIONS on not smoking!!!!! As an ex-smoker I know how hard it is. But I have not had a cigarette in probably 6 years. Mary --- On Fri, 11 Feb 2000 10:44:52 finski wrote: >finski <finski > >Rattana, >Today is my 40'th smoke free day and I think that I have it beat.
